5 point plan for parents

  1. Understand the risks, but remember they are risks not harm.
  2. Keep the risks in proportion.
  3. Communicate regularly and consistently.
  4. Put in place tools and settings and have a family agreement.
  5. As children grow up, develop coping strategies which foster resilience.
